Rare Set of Three Italian Capiz Shell Wall Sconces, circa 1970s

Each sconce is meticulously assembled from individually selected Capiz shell panels set within a finely crafted metal framework. Once illuminated, the translucent shells diffuse the light into a wonderfully warm, soft glow, creating an inviting atmosphere while showcasing the unique iridescence and organic texture of the natural material. Each fixture is fitted with one E14 socket. The adapter simply screws into the existing E14 socket, allowing the fixtures to be used effortlessly with standard E12 bulbs commonly available throughout North America.
