French Armchair with Red Wooden Frame and Straw Seat

This chair features a solid wooden frame, consisting of cylindrical thick legs that are connected to each other with elegant slim horizontal slats. The way this chair is designed shows a strong resemblance to the 'Dordogne' chairs designed by Charlotte Perriand. Particularly the characteristic method of folding straw rope vertically, which leaves this typical horizontal line in the middle of the back and the seat.
